Those were the words I spoke out loud as I walked out of the hotel in London where I had spent the best part of two years of weekends training to be a coach.
Before then I had worked in Marketing up to Marketing Director and then in marketing consultancy. But I had started to notice that 20% of my time on a contract would be spent on the Marketing and 80% coaching the owner of the project and their team. So I decided to retrain in NLP, in coaching and most recently in Applied Neuroscience. I joined the International Coaching Federation and eventually achieved PCC credentialing.
I spoke those words nearly 20 years ago and since then I have been lucky enough to support 100s of leaders in their careers and in their lives and I love what I do.

7 session journey over 1 year maximum
Motivational Map to identify your drivers and what's important to you, plus short questionnaire to help define goals and measures of success which allow us to hit the ground running in our first session
First 90 minute session to go through the Motivational Map. questionnaire and get clarity on your goals.
5 follow up 60 minute sessions which are flexible in nature and focussed on your agenda and your goals.
Final session of 60 minutes to review where we have to to and clarify next steps.
All sessions are online (Zoom or Teams) and can be recorded for you to revisit it required.
Investment is £3,999 + vat
